  • Profesores de excelencia y mejor remunerados.
  • Directores de nivel internacional.
  • Condiciones adecuadas para la aulas vulnerables: entre otras, reducir la cantidad de alumnos por curso, mas tiempo para profesores para preparar clases, corregir pruebas y atender alumnos y apoderados.
  • Apoderados mas informados y participativos.
  • Invertir mayores recursos economicos.

Ademas, considero que las municipalidades que administran los colegios y liceos publicos deben publicar en sus paginas web la siguiente informacion:

  • Los Curriculum Vitae de profesores y directores. (Seria bueno, entre otras cosas, saber por ejemplo, cuantos profesores express posee cada colegio, es decir, profesores que se forman normalmente los fines de semana, los dias Sabados).
  • El proyecto educativo de cada colegio o liceo.
  • Los resultados del SIMCE (Sitema de Medicion de la Calidad de la Educacion) por alumno, para que los profesores y padres sepan que alumnos requieren mas reforzamiento.

para que los padres y apoderados se puedan informar de mejor manera y asi posean mayor informacion para evaluar y decidir, entre otras cosas, donde matricular a sus hijos o que reclamar.

 

Por ultimo, te invito a visitar www.educacion2020.cl y; si te parece, registrate y convoca a otros para que lo hagan, y asi sumate al movimiento ciudadano que con propuestas y presion social pretende conseguir, de aqui al año 2020, una mejor calidad en la educacion que reciben nuestros hijos, el futuro de Chile; y asi lograr reducir la inequidad. Las futuras generaciones de niños y jovenes chilenos agradeceran tu adhesion a esta iniciativa ciudadana. Ademas, recuerda que la educacion, y ojala de calidad, es el unico camino para tener mayor oportunidades y mas libertad e igualdad.  El eslogan de nuestros gobernantes debiera ser "gobernar es educar"

Finalmente, creo que la unica manera que el gobierno, los paralamentarios y lo grupos de intereses hagan algo por mejorar o intentar mejorar la calidad de la educacion, es que cada dia mas ciudadanos afectados directamente con la mala educacion (alumnos y apoderados) participemos con propuestas, opinemos, nos adhiramos a movimientos como este y convoquemos a adherirse y presionemos de abajo hacia arriba, y no esperemos comodamente sentados que la solucion venga de arriba hacia abajo sin antes hacer nada.  Seamos menos criticones, mas proactivos, mas opinantes, mas reclamadores con fundamento, en fin mas participativos y menos descalificadores.  Aunque nos equivoquemos muchas veces, nos critiquen de idealistas y soñadores, es mejor ser soñador que quedarse dormido y morirse esperando.

Termino citando una frase célebre de Max Weber: "El hombre no habría logrado lo posible, sino hubiera intentado muchas veces lo imposible”; otra  frase célebre atribuida a Sócrates que dice: “La verdadera sabiduría está en reconocer la propia ignorancia”; y un proverbio chino que declara: "Dale un pez a un hombre y lo alimentarás por un día. Enséñale a pescar y lo alimentarás de por vida".
